DIY Solar Panels

An airplane whose air speed is 620 km/h is supposed to fly in a straight path 35.0 degree north of east. But a steady 95 km/h wind is blowing from the north. In what direction should the plane head?
So if I draw two vectors:

y= 620 sin 35 = 507.9
x= 620 cos 35 = 355.6

355.6 412.9

Determine theta by using tan-1? Am I any closer to understanding it? I get 49 degrees and that isn’t correct.??
The answer is 42.2 North of East but i dont know how to get that

You’ve assumed that the plane will be traveling at a speed of 620 Km/h
in the direction 35NE.. This can’t be right because of the wind.

that speed is one of the unknowns.

however the airspeed in the unknown direction "theta" will be 620 Km/H.

since due north —> i.e. 0 deg ===> Y1 = 620 cos(0) = 620.

resultant Vt = v1+v2 must be at 35NE

Xt = 620 sin(theta)
Yt = 620 cos(theta) – 95

tan35 = opposite/adjacent = Xt/Yt
Note that I used Xt/Yt since tan(0) is due north when Xt = 0.

Xt = Yt. tan35

Solve for theta.
620 sin(theta) = (620 cos(theta) – 95) . tan35

My deck is not suppose to be a straight out Harpie Deck, but I do Want Harpies to be a big part of my deck.
My deck is suppose to Swarm, Destroy Traps and Spells, and have high attack Power.
Any ideas on how to make this deck any better?

I like your Wind deck, but one problem. Harpy Lady 1, 2, or 3 are all considered Harpy Lady’s, no matter what. You can only have 3 cards of the same name per deck+side deck. Remember, the next-gen harpies are still all considered "Harpy Lady"s, you currently have 8……=/

It’s kind of like in Water Decks, "A Legendary Ocean" field cards are treated as Umi, so you can’t have 3 umi’s and 3 legendary oceans thinking they’re both different.

Other than that, pretty decent Wind deck. Perhaps taking out the FIVE excessive harpy ladies and putting in:
2 more Birdfaces
2 Barrier Statue of Stormwind (as long as this monster is on the field, only WIND monsters can be special summoned; find them in CyberDark Impact boosterpacks)

i always thought storm was the best

she can just make a hurricane and she can fly too. wolverine wouldn’t be able to touch her. she’s just soar in the air hurling cars with winds at him. or whatever else she wanted to do. he’d be able to do nothing. none of them could. she’d win one on one with any x men if she executed the right plot. her flying ability’s plus weather control plus whatever else she has are too much to take. all you phonies pretending like wolverine can win in a fight are crazy. and gambit or cyclops or rogue or anyone else. maybe rogue on a bad day. because if i were storm i might wanna get some. but this is me not storm. we both have different opinons about what’s worth losing the fight. so anyways here ya. judge this question. but do not. i repeat.

Rogue was always my favorite.

She can have any power she wants just by touching people.
Now, she can recall powers. She doesn’t even need to touch anyone, she can just call upon their power, though it’s unstable and doesn’t always work correctly.
Plus she had a death touch for a while.
One tiny touch of bare skin and she could kill anyone.

I do agree that Storm’s powers are more impressive than Wolverine, the main thing about Wolverine is his healing ability.
He’s not the only one with healing or adamantium for that matter.

ok well people have rated my dark deck a 10/10. Now is time to get a rating of my wind deck. I think harpie lady is banned or limited..idk. If you can please tell me how to improve this deck. Along with my dark deck I always win with this wind deck.

A hot air balloon is rising at a rate of 3.4 m/s^2and a horizontal wind is moving it at a rate of 2.5 m/s^2. If the balloon is moving at 17 m/s @ 32o above the positive x axis, what is the final velocity after 45 seconds?

I assume that the balloon’s initial velocity is the 17 m/s @ 32° above the horizontal. You need to take that and break it down into horizontal and vertical components. It might help to draw a right triangle with a hypotenuse of 17 and one angle of 32°. Label the horizontal leg "x" and the vertical leg "y."

The vertical component can expressed as follows:

sin 32° = y/17, and y = 9.01, so your initial vertical velocity is 9.01 m/s² upward.

The horizontal component can be expressed as

cos 32° = x/17, and x = 14.42, so your initial horizontal velocity is 14.42 m/s² horizontally.

Now for your velocity equation:

v = v(0) + at, where v(0) is your initial velocity a is your acceleration, and t is your time.

You need to do this equation for the horizontal and vertical components. When you’re done, draw another right triangle with one leg as your vertical velocity and one as your horizontal. Using the equation a² + b² = c², plug in your horizontal and veritcal velocities for a and b. Don’t forget to take the square root of the sum for your resultant vector’s magnitude.

To find the angle, do the following

tan θ = (vertical velocity / horizontal velocity), change to

θ = tanˉ¹(vertical velocity / horizontal velocity),

and take the inverse tangent of the vertical velocity divided by the horizontal velocity.

the first thing that comes to mind is your barrier statue of the stormwinds. It is good in the right situation but is usually not helpful. A good card to add is Destruction Cyclone from Strike of Neos. Although it is a 2 tribute monster, if it is destroyed by battle all non-wind and face down monsters are destroyed. Since you run a wind deck, just make sure to not place your cards face down when he is on the field.
