My grade is going to washingyon dc for a few days, but my friends dont want to bring their ipods/iphones, aka my roomates, so i figured i’d make one. Couldnt i buy a crank generator or solar panel then hook the power wires to the power wires of an ipod cord?
you can use any phone charger with a usb port. i have charged my ipod with a old lg phone and and blackberry usb to ac charger. heck you could go to some cheap parts stor and get any usb to ac thing and plug it in to the wall to charge your ipod.

my {flip-flap} wind generator made from junk and scrapes around the farm. It turns 3 – 220v grid connected induction motors. Im still not done with it yet!
