its an indiana general dc permanent magnet motor much the same as an ametek 30 that might sell on ebay for a few more dollars, i was lucky to get this one ….needed brushes that were very easy to get

Ah, thank you. I actually eventually found them under a search. Sadly, I live on a plot of land surrounded by 45 foot tall trees so I think I’ll need a high enough pole to put it on.
