What would they be? Assume you have enough food and water, so those don’t count against your three things. Your three items cannot be things that will get you off the island (like a boat or plane or cell phone!)
I would want:
-A solar powered radio
-A first aid kit
-A hot babe

-my Pomeranian
-and someone special to share the moments with

- I don’t know if I consider another human being a "thing" but I guess hot babe would be most reasonable.

A giant crane, a giant barge, and gigantic flatbed truck.
I would place the crane on the barge and use it to rip the island out of the ocean. Then I would place the island on the barge and get to the mainland. After arriving to the mainland, I would place the desert island on the giant flatbed truck and use is to drive around to do my every day errands. I never would actually leave the island, I just would take the island with me.
