		<description>I have heard nothing but good things about panels from the following place.  However, the &quot;seconds&quot; are not ul-listed, so won&#039;t qualify for rebate programs in most places.  Sounds like this isn&#039;t a concern for you.

Some cheap panels are below, in the following link.  But the cheapest ones are amorphous silicon - not known to last a long time.  But if this system is for emergencies only, then maybe that&#039;s what you want.
