how do u make a rubber band powered car?

no kits are aloud and we can only use solar,water or steam ,wind ,rubber bands,potato, lemon , bakin soda, vinager

    Use CD’s for wheels, a large stepped cone to wind the rubber on so you’ll have high torque at first…then speed and get out of the way! wide #64 rubber bands or better yet go indooor model.com and buy some 1/8 band.
