DIY Solar Panels

Hey y’all. I’m looking for a laptop/netbook/UMPC with the specs listed below. If anyone could help me out, that’s be great. Thus far, I’ve come close to what I’m looking for in the MSI Wind u115. But while there are a few small preferences I have that it doesn’t, the biggest thing stopping me is that I can’t find the u115 ANYWHERE. If you know of a website that has it, please feel free to let me know; or if you know of a computer that exists with my preferred specs, let me know that too. So, here goes, in no particular order:

At least 1.6 GHz Processor
At least 8GB SSD (Pref: 16GB)
At least 20GB HHD (Pref: 80GB)
At least 1GB RAM (Pref: 2GB)
At least 9 hour battery-life (Pref: until year 2200)
At most 3 pounds (including power cord weight)
2 USB ports (one on each side, near rear)
No CD/DVD drive or equivalent (have external)

At most 10 inch LCD screen (Prefs: 8.5 inch)
At least 1024×600 resolution (Pref: 1600×768)
Touchscreen, no mouse
If no touchscreen, trackpad below keyboard for mouse
If no touchscreen, option to add via kit
Graphics card good enough to play Jedi Outcast (Pref: Tomb Raider: Underworld)
At least WiFi 802.11g (Pref: n)
Bluetooth (for Bluetooth cell phone headset (for skype))
At most 95% size standard keyboard (Prefs: 85%)
Pricetag of at most $550 (Prefs: stick of gum)
About 10" x 7" x .75" or less (Prefs: 8.5" x 6" x .5")
Plastic-ish, non-glossy black shell (Prefs: fingerprint resistant)

Some things might confuse you as to why I require some aspects, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. Any help, any one?
