Hey there mate!
Here are some of my suggestions:

Mobo:
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4P
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128346

GPU:
HIS Hightech HD4870 GPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161242

Cooler:
ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019

PSU:
Corsair HX620 620W PSU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139002&Tpk=corsair%20620

Case:
NZXT Lexa
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146018

Burner:
Pioneer 216BK
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827129032

Hope this helps!

And Justin O:
He's not building a beast. He's not spending $10,000 on a PC man.
The QX9770 is kind of pointless, and even if he used that a 1300W PSU is ridiculous. Also, read the reviews on the P5Q3. The board malfunctions a lot, and clearly wouldn't be a good choice.

Research the components before you 'suggest' the most expensive option that came up in your search.
References :
your case isn'tt very good i would take a look at this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144170

and i think you should get a mobo that supports 16 gb of memory just for the future. this is a good mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131298

and i think you should have 8 gb of memory. this is good memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231228 i would get 2 of these.

also i would get a bigger power supply. this is a good psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817814011

and i would recommend a quad-core proccessor. like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115051
